I am a believer in Custom Earpiece. The radios I purchased from Steve completely blow away the Motorolas. Not even close! They provide a crisp, clear sound in any environment. My staff and I were completely taken by the improvement in clarity of sound. Due to the radios size I forget it's on my belt. They are durable enough that you don't have to panic if they are dropped. They have made communicating for my staff and I the afterthought it should be even in the loudest environments.
